New Graduate Wins Award

Sheriff Lippa was proud to announce that Animal Control Deputy R.O. Carty was the recipient of the Top Academic Achievement Award during graduation from the 108th basic law enforcement session.  Graduation was held on Tuesday, June 9th at the Rappahanock Regional Criminal Justice Academy in Fredericksburg.
