Records

Our Records department maintains all criminal files and history of arrests that have occurred in Caroline County by a Caroline County Sheriff's Office (CCSO) deputy. Once a CCSO deputy turns in their reports to the Records department, this department then reports the data to the Virginia State Police (VSP) which in turn is reported to the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) for their crime report. The Records department is also responsible for entering criminal and civil papers for service by our deputies. In addition, traffic citation, civil process information, and FOIA requests are processed through this office.
